2-Acrylamido-2-Methylpropane Sulfonic Acid (2-A2MPS) is a kind of vinyl monomer that contains sulfonic acid gene. With sound performances of complexation, absorption, bioactivity, surface activity, hydrolysis and heat stability, in the aqueous solutions, its hydrolytic speed is low, and its sodium salt has sound performance of anti-hydrolysis under the term of high PH value. Under the term of acidity, the performance of anti-hydrolysis of its multipolymer is far higher than that of polyacrylamide.

Usage：

2-Acrylamido-2-Methylpropane Sulfonic Acid (2-A2MPS) can be used not only to copolymerization, but also to homopolymerization. 2-A2MPS can be widely used in the fields of oil chemistry, water-treatment, synthetic fiber, dyeing, plastic, absorbent coating, paper-making, biomedicine, magnetic material and cosmetics etc.

1. Water treatment: The AMPS monomer homopolymer with the acrylamide 、acrylic acid monomer homopolymer, they could besludge dehydrating agent in the sewage purification process and preservative of the iron 、zinc、aluminum、cooper、alloy in the closed water circulation system, they also could be used as cleaning and scale inhibitor of heater 、cooling tower、air cleaner、gas-cleaner.
2. Oilfield chemistry: This product is rapid development in the application of the oil field chemistry. The scope including oil well cement admixtures、drilling fluid additive、acidizing fluid、well completion fluid、work over fluid、fracture fluid.
